☆ Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners as well as for other social media posts with credit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.☆ I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into an A/I engine and/or using it for NFTs is prohibited. I have the right to post commission work on my social media and include it in my portfolio.☆ Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details, complexity and any additional revisions.
Delivery and Usage
☆ Please wait patiently for your commission to be completed. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please be prepared to wait at most three (3) months for completion of the commission should unexpected delays arise.☆ I value the quality and detail of my artwork and thus want to provide my clients with the highest quality result for their money. Unless unexpected circumstances arise, I will provide regular progress updates weekly, as well as updates regarding the rough sketch, sketch, flat colours, and final approval phases.☆ Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, provided credit is given.
Payment
☆ Payment is accepted via PayPal only. An invoice will be provided by me.☆ A minimum deposit of 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid prior to beginning work. Following the approval of the rough sketch, the remaining balance must be paid in full for work to continue.☆ If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit fee, but PRIOR to the approval of the sketch, you will be entitled to a partial refund.☆ If at any point I need to cancel your commission (through no fault of yours), you will be entitled to a full refund.☆ Please be kind and respectful. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behaviour against me at any point during the commission process may result in the cancellation of your commission. Upon a cancellation of this nature, you will be entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the total amount (I, the artist, will retain the 50% deposit).
Process
☆ Throughout your project you will receive weekly progress updates as well as progress images of each phase (Rough sketch, Sketch, Flat colour, Final approval) to be revised and approved by you.☆ Please provide visual references.☆ You will be entitled to unlimited revisions during the rough sketch and sketch phases.☆ You will also be entitled to three (3) revisions during the flat colour phase free of charge, and one (1) revision prior to final approval free of charge. Any additional revisions may incur additional fees.☆ Upon completion, you will receive an email containing the full-resolution .png file(s). No physical product will be delivered.
By commissioning me, this means that you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
